Journey North

I’ll leave you with some lovely thoughts as we pack up and journey north:

“Let your boat of life be light, packed with only what you need–a homely home and simple pleasures, one or two friends, worth the name, someone to love and someone to love you, a cat, a dog and a pipe or two, enough to eat and enough to wear, and a little more than enough to drink; for thirst is a dangerous thing.” Three Men in a Boat by Jerome Klapka Jerome

About Gerri

I'm in my second career. Besides raising my beautiful family, worked as RN. Now I'm a novelist. Have completed five novels and working on my sixth. Way more fun than nursing! Happy hubby and neurotic cat hang out with me.

  1. Safe journey. Wonderful thoughts.
    See you both soon

  2. Dennie Costello

Great advice! Have a safe ‘journey north’. ❤

  3. Safe journey to “home” north! You can plan on a warm welcome!

  4. Have a wonderful summer, doing the things you love. Many changes are before you, and I know you’ll handle them with ease. Will look forward to reading what you write and your return in the fall.
